MDL Powerup is located in Carlisle, Cumbria. Our premises comprises of large friendly office and 4,000 square feet of workshop and storage space. With a 320 tonne 4-meter press brake, 4×2 meter bed HD plasma and our balancer has the capability for rotors with weight up to 1100 kg and a length of 4675mm. We pride ourselves on our fast efficient turn around & competitive rates.
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. This farming & engineering knowledge originated from Christopher Metcalfe (Founder of MDL Powerup) when he took up a career in engineering 40 years ago. As a fabricator, Chris gained invaluable experience in reading drawings, using geometric development methods and metal forming techniques. He also developed a comprehensive knowledge of industrial welding and joining processes which he uses to ensure all items are manufactured to a very high standard.
At MDL, we don’t just supply products; we understand our customers need for knowledge and advice, training, on site demonstration’s and technical support. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
A bracket to suit your exact machine can be fabricated by us. Prices start at £249. Please provide all required dimensions using the form in the product images should you require this service.
Requires hydraulic hoses – We are happy to supply hoses as required – Please get in touch for advice.
Recommended hydraulic flow to the trimmer bar is 22 – 27 litres per minute.
Please check the specification on your machine to confirm the flow rate on the hydraulic auxiliary circuit – Feel free to contact us for advice.
