Need help?

Do you offer finance options on your machinery?

We have partnered with iDeal4Finance to introduce you to options including 0% Finance on selected products.

  • Eligibility: Finance is available for orders between £1,000 and £25,000.
  • Requirements: You must be a permanent UK resident (3+ years), aged 18 or over, and have a regular income.
  • Application: The process is completed online with a quick decision, often instantly or within 24 hours.

How long does delivery take and where do you ship?

We aim to dispatch goods from our workshops within 3 working days, followed by a delivery time of 2-3 working days. Contact us if time is critical, and we'll endeavour to assist.

  • UK Mainland: Standard delivery is available directly through the website.
  • Restricted Areas: We do not currently accept online orders for Europe, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, or Ireland. If you are in these locations, please call us on 01228 712121 to discuss shipping options.
  • Delivery Process: Deliveries are made kerbside between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday–Friday. Palletised machines up to 1.9m in width are delivered with a tail lift vehicle. Some vehicle restrictions and oversize pallets may require handling equipment at the receiving end (such as forklift truck/loader) due to weight and/or overall size. You may be required to assist the driver with offloading.

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. Every machine we sell comes with a comprehensive 3-Year Warranty to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability. This covers you against manufacturing defects, giving you total peace of mind when putting our machinery to work in tough conditions.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Before returning any item, please contact our team to discuss the issue.

Many of the products we supply are large, heavy, or palletised agricultural machinery and equipment. By contacting us first, we can often resolve problems more quickly, identify the most cost-effective solution, and arrange safe transportation where required.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or delayed.

Return Eligibility

Subject to the terms below, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in a resalable condition.
  • Be complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.
  • Not have been installed, modified, damaged, or used in the field.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage may be required to support a claim.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, collection, or refund.

Large and Palletised Returns

Many of our products are shipped on pallets and may weigh up to 1,000kg.

For safety and insurance reasons, customers must not arrange the return of palletised machinery or heavy equipment without first contacting us.

Where a return is approved, we may arrange collection using our preferred carrier. Any applicable return transport charges will be advised before collection is arranged.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault.

Return Costs

Where goods are returned because they are no longer required, were ordered incorrectly, or are otherwise not faulty, the customer is responsible for all return transportation costs.

For large, heavy, or palletised items, these costs can be significant. We therefore encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions regarding suitability, compatibility, or specification.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Special-order, bespoke, or custom-manufactured products.
  • Parts ordered specifically to customer requirements.
  • Goods that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance or end-of-line items marked as non-returnable.

Restocking Charges

For approved returns of non-faulty goods, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking charge where inspection, repackaging, handling, or administration costs have been incurred.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before the return is finalised.

Do you stock spare parts for your machines?

Yes, we provide a full backup service. We have a fully stocked UK parts warehouse in Carlisle with a large range of spares to fit all our products.

  • Availability: Most general parts can be purchased directly through our website.
  • Support: For specific components or technical advice, you can contact our office directly with the part number or a photograph, and we generally dispatch parts within 1-2 working days.
